Holiday Shipping Timelines
We ship all of our orders using UPS ground unless upgraded shipping is added at checkout. Please note all of the below dates are estimates provided by UPS and cannot be guaranteed once they have left our facility and are in UPS’s hands. Depending on order volume, we aim to ship all of our orders within 1 business day starting from the time of order.
UPS Ground Shipping does not have a holiday cutoff date but directs customers to use ups.com/ctc to see estimates. Please use 08012 as the ship from zip code.
For 12/24 delivery with 2-day shipping, orders must be placed before December 20th by 12pm EST.
For 12/24 delivery with Next Day shipping, orders must be placed by December 21st by 12pm EST.
